Refund policy

We offer a refund and / or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If it has been 14 days since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and / or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, items on sale cannot be returned.
• If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive an offer credit in the amount of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to info@probitas.biz and send the item to:

Goods not covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

• Gift cards

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days ago after delivery.

As soon as the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
